Owl CalSync by Systems Owl Inc. · Last updated: October 29, 2026
When you connect your Microsoft 365 and/or Google accounts, Owl CalSync accesses your calendar events only to sync them between your own connected calendars, according to the sync rules you create.
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. We keep only the data needed to run your sync rules, such as event identifiers that prevent duplicates.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties. We do not use it for advertising or to train AI or machine-learning models.
You can disconnect an account at any time, and we will delete your stored tokens and sync data on request. Email help@systemsowl.com. You can also revoke access in your Google or Microsoft account settings.
Owl CalSync's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
